I love painting abstractly… people see and hear so many unique stories in my paintings.

When I paint I love to laugh and sing and dance—infusing my paintings with love! Love! Love. This is also the theme of a group coaching I run for creatives (https://www.cassandragaisford.com/love-love-love)

My works in progress sing to me as I create an ocean of love. My heart overflows. It’s so exciting to see the direction in which they take me and also the twists and turns of their journey to their new homes.

As I shared on Instagram (www.instagram.com/cassandragaisford) I popped into the studio when I was painting the series after taking a little break and wow I just this painting, and others, in the series, lying on the table and immediately felt such joy and peace and happiness and also serenity too. I was almost afraid to add another layer. But I did and another layer. And one after that too.
